To prepare the Chocolate mousse with daim and turtles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the chocolate into a bowl and put it over the water bath. When it's melted, the turtles come in. Do not be frightened that it gets thick and slightly pinched.
Whip egg yolks and sugar to a thick white pulp for about 5 minutes. With hand mixer.
Chop the daim well and turn it into the chocolate. Then turn the chocolate into the egg yolks. Let it cool a little.
Whip the cream.
Gently flush the cream in the chocolate box.
Fill it in the serving glass and style it in the refrigerator in my. 3-4 hours.
Just before serving, it can be dressed with broken daim.
