To prepare the Chocolate mousse (Microwave) I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the chocolate into smaller pieces in a large round-bottomed bowl (1½-2 liter) and. Add the coffee. Microwave at 600 watts for 1 min. Or until the chocolate is melted. Whip chocolate and coffee together for a uniform amount. Pour softly into cold water in a small cup or bowl. Whip the egg yolks and sugar for a good egg snap. Mix the egg and chocolate together. Pour the water from the house blast and melt it in microwave ovens at 900 watt microwaves for 20-30 seconds. Pour the blister in a thin jet into the chocolate pan while stirring well. Let the mixture stiff easily. Whip the cream and mix it in. Whip the whites to hard foam and turn them gently into the mold. Pour the dough into a serving bowl and let it stiff completely in the fridge. Decorate with pickled mandarin and possibly whipped cream.
