The egg whites beaten stiff. 3 TSP. sugar (1 for each egg white) added, after which the mass whipped in 5 minutes. The rest of the sugar and the chocolate irøres with light hand. Put through icing bag in greased plate in tiny tops that Bake at low heat, about 100 degrees.
Protein-rich mass may be sprayed out as wreaths, after which the bestrøs with chopped almonds.
