100g64% dark chocolate
100gDark chocolate 70%

To prepare the Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt chocolate over hot water bath, and cool slightly. Stir in the cream and butter in a uniform mass. Beat the egg yolks and sugar, light and airy.
