To prepare the Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt chocolate over hot water bath, and cool slightly. Stir in the cream and butter in a uniform mass. Beat the egg yolks and sugar, light and airy. Turn chocolate into egg mixture with large airy roof for a uniform cream. Advantage the cream in 4 molds, and style them in the freezer for at least 6 hours, for they are frozen.
