250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | dl | Buttermilk |
4 | tbsp | Cocoa powder |

80 | g | Tom's dark gold ingot |
Instructions for Chocolate cupcakes with turtle mousse
To prepare the Chocolate cupcakes with turtle mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
MOUSSE:
(To be made the day before): Melt flushed and turtles in a saucepan under low heat while constantly stirring.
Pour the mousse into a bowl and place it in the fridge for a day.
CUPCAKES: Whip egg, sugar and vanilla sugar into an airy mass.
Add liquid fat and buttermilk and stir well.
Sift baking soda, flour and cocoa powder into the dough and stir around.
Chop the chocolate roughly and turn the pieces gently around the dough.
Pour the dough into the muffin molds.
Bake the cakes at 200 degrees (ordinary oven) for 20-25 minutes.
Take the mousse out of the fridge and whip it lightly.
Pour it into a spray bag and make the top of the cakes with the mousse when the cakes are cooled.
