Butter and sugar stir well until it is light and airy, the egg yolks are stirred for one at a time. Add cocoa and raisins. Mix the cream and milk and stir it alternately with the flour mixed with the baking soda. The egg whites are whipped completely rigid and are carefully turned to the end. Fill the dough in a well-baked sandcake and baking the cake on the next shelf at 175 degrees for about 50 minutes. Let the cake stand and cool slightly before it is taken out of the mold.
