Ingredients for Chocolate cake with coconut (Turkish)
0.5 | dl | Milk |
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
100 | g | Chocolate |
100 | g | Butter/margarine |
1-2 | dl | Desiccated coconut |
2 | tsp | Vanilla |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | Eggs | |
300 | g | Sugar |
50 | g | Cocoa |
Instructions for Chocolate cake with coconut (Turkish)
To prepare the Chocolate cake with coconut (Turkish) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the margarine.
Whip eggs and sugar for about 2 minutes. Add the milk and whisk the blend really well together.
Got baking soda, bicarbonate of soda vanilla and flour into the mixture and stir. When it's all mixed, add cocoa and a little after melted (cooled) margarine.
Pour the batter into a baking Tin (20-30 cm may be slightly larger)
Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
The cake is taken out and 100 gr chocolate melted with 1/2 dl milk.
Pour the chocolate on top of the cake and sprinkle coconut flour.
Let it wait 15 min and then cut the cake for about 20-25 pieces.
