Instructions for Chocolate cake with coconut and almond fillet
To prepare the Chocolate cake with coconut and almond fillet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar lightly and airy. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla sugar together. Put it in the bowl of egg and sugar, turn it around and whip on low. Add the milk and the melted chilled butter. Pour the dough into a small frying pan covered with baking paper (about 5 x 22 x 30 cm) and behind the cake in the middle of the oven.
Fill: Bring butter, coconut flour, chopped almonds and milk into a pan and bring to a boil while stirring. Remove the cake and turn up the oven. Distribute the filling on the cake and behind it, still in the middle of the oven.
Baking time: Approx. 20 min. At 200 °
Baking time with filling: About 5-10 min. At 225 °.
