1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
100 | g | Sugar |
150 | g | Butter |
180 | g | Wheat flour (3 cups) |
2 | dl | Milk |
2.5 | tbsp | Cocoa |
225 | g | Sugar (2 ½ cups) |
3 | Egg yolks | |
3 | Egg whites | |
35 | g | Desiccated coconut (1 dl) |
45 | g | Cocoa (1 dl) |
Instructions for Chocolate cake with coconut 03
To prepare the Chocolate cake with coconut 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven and butter form.
Stir butter and sugar white and foamy.
Add the egg yolks one at a time.
Mix flour, coconut flour, cocoa and baking soda and stir it alternately in the dough with the milk.
Whip the egg whites easily and turn them into the dough.
Pour the dough into the mold.
Bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
Glaze: Boil water, sugar and cocoa.
Whip the icing evenly.
Cook for about 10 minutes with even heat or until it is cool and viscous.
Let the icing cool and rinse vanilla sugar and butter in.
Grease the icing on the cake.
