Instructions for Chocolate cake with chocolate glaze
To prepare the Chocolate cake with chocolate glaze recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the fat, water and cocoa powder in a pan and let it cook for about 5 mins. Let the mixture cool.
Pipes then the sugar in. mix flour with vanilla sugar. Salt and baking soda and stir it together with curdled milk and eggs. Pipe the dough consistent.
Pour batter into a greased baking pan (24 x 24 cm)
Bake in preheated oven at 200 G at the Middle Groove in ca. 40 min.
Mix butter/milk and cocoa in a pan to glaze and let it cook for a few seconds while stirring. Take the Pan from the heat and stir in icing and vanilla sugar in. Pipe it uniform and creamy. Set it on ice for a moment.
Broad addition to the freshly baked cake glaze and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
