1.75 | dl | Sugar |
100 | g | Dark chocolate |
50 | g | Almond splitter |
6 | Eggs | |
75 | g | Ground almond |
Instructions for Chocolate cake with almonds
To prepare the Chocolate cake with almonds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir fat, sugar and salt airy. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Stir 1 tbsp. Chocolate in the mixture at a time.
Divide the eggs and stir an egg yolk at a time. Mix flour and ground almonds and stir in the chocolate dough.
Whip the egg whites stiff and turn them into the chocolate dough.
Grease an oblong form with grease and sprinkle it with raspberries. Pour the dough. Bake the cake at 200 degrees for approx. 45-50 minutes. Let the cake get cold.
Slice almond slices into the cake so that they stick out like a hedgehog on a hedgehog. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over cake and almonds. Let the chocolate get stiff before serving.
