To prepare the Chocolate-banana-and-applesauce-cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
The cake: The 2 bananas moses in a bowl. The 100 g. butter melted and cooled. Flour, vanilla sugar, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and cocoa mix in a bowl for it. It's a good idea to aim for cocoa, so it doesn't lump. Sugar and eggs whipped into the skimmer. Mix the dry ingredients alternately and the melted and cooled butter into sugar and ægblandingen. Turn finally the mashed bananas in. Pour batter in springformen and behind the cake for about 40 minutes in preheated oven at 200 degrees c. Check that the cake is enough with a knitting needle or similar.
When the cake is cooled, the split and the stuffing in. It is important that the cake is well chilled before stuffing in as cream foam or it may melt.
Finally, mix the ingredients for the glaze and spread in an even layer.
Tips:
The cake can be made in good to prior to use, and if you want to wait to put the cake together to form just before use (URf.eks. for practical reasons, with space in the refrigerator) both the filling and the glaze can be made ready in advance and placed in the refrigerator.
If we do not manage to have eaten all the cake in the first place, don't worry. The cake takes in no way damage to stand a day or two in the fridge!
