To prepare the Chinese chicken legs (Roaster) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Thaw chicken thighs up.
Dry them on paper from kitchen roll and brown them on the forehead in the fat. Sprinkle salt, pepper and Curry on the pieces. Put them in the gennemfugtede roaster. Add the sliced mushrooms and the peeled onion.
Smut tonsils and crack them once. Got them and the raisins in and drip a little Chinese soy sauce on.
Fry the chicken thighs by 220 degrees c. alm. oven for about 40 minutes.
