0.5 | Fresh chili (minced fine) seedless | |
1 | tbsp | Balsamic vinegar |
1 | dl | Broth |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
Instructions for Chili Sauce
To prepare the Chili Sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the sugar, balsamic vinegar and broth into a saucepan and let the sugar melt. Then add the whipping cream and the chopped fresh chili.
When it warmed up again, it is ready for serving.
Tips:
When working with fresh chili, it's a good idea to use rubber disposable gloves, since the Chili can sit on your hands for many hours after, even if you wash hands many times.
