4Egg yolks
4Egg whites

Instructions for Chiffon cake (Orange-elle lemon cake)

To prepare the Chiffon cake (Orange-elle lemon cake) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sugar and oil whipped together with the egg yolks, citrus juice and shell.
Turn the flour and baking powder in.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with the salten and turn them into the dough.

Pour into a greased springform ca. 24 cm. and bake at 175 degrees c. alm. oven for 30 min.

The cake cooled by and a glaze of powdered sugar and citrus juice lubricated.

Tips:
This is my childhood birthday cake and it tastes like a dream! Mild and lovely.
