Instructions for Chickens on potatoes
To prepare the Chickens on potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Match the chickens in 4 blocks. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Distribute the potato slices into a greased pan or oven dish. Pour broth, season with rosemary and garlic. Cut the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Beware of the salt, the bouillon salts also. Season the chickens with salt, pepper and rosemary and place them with the underside on top of the potatoes. Bring some oil or butter over. Place the dish in the oven at 200 degrees c for approx. 30 minutes. Turn the chicken pieces, add some oil or butter and put the dish in the oven for 30-45 minutes until the meat is cooked and the potatoes are tender.
