Instructions for Chicken with Chinese grills
To prepare the Chicken with Chinese grills recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the chicken through the breastbone, so it can be opened, and fold it out. Whisk lemon juice with salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce. Put the chicken in the marinade-it must pull a couple of hours, like a night. Turn it on and off along the way. Put the chicken with the skin side down on grill grate in the oven and grill it in 10 min. Invert it and grill skin side in 10 min. turn over on ordinary ovnvarme 225 c and let it cook further for 14 min. Stir all ingredients for the sauce together.
Serving: Server the sauce for the chicken along with the pricey lettuce.
