To prepare the Chicken strips in the wok with vegetables and coconut milk recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat a wokgryde well up and fry chicken strips in oil for approximately 2-3 minutes together with finely chopped garlic and finely chopped chili. Season with salt and pepper. Take chicken strips out of the wok.
Then came the mushrooms and spring onions (cut into thin slices) in the wok and cook for approximately 3-4 my.
Add the rest of the vegetables and coconut milk. Pour chicken strips back in the wok and let simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes Court while the rice is cooked.

Tips:
In order to get perfect rice which is not sticking and lump together makes you the following: the rice in a pot of boiling water for about 3 min. Then accepted the rice in a strainer and the boiling water met back in the pan. Emphasis is now on top of the Pan and strainer "steamed" in approx. 10 minutes. It is important that the water in the pot do not hit the rice at the bottom of the sieve, and the water is not boiling in! If the water is by boiling away, add just a little more as needed.
