Ingredients: Pepper; 1 tsp Cayenne pepper; 1 tsp Salt; 2 tbsp Brown sugar; 2 clove Garlic; 2 tbsp Ketchup; 2 tsp Paprika (not too sweet); 2 tsp Red thai curry paste, etc. product; 2-4 pcs Chicken fillets afh. by size and weight. I use approximately 400 g; 3 tbsp Oil; 9 G. fresh grated ginger (Alternatively, the powder is used)

All ingredients are mixed together in a bowl or plastic bag.

The chicken fillets are cut into mundane bites and put in a bag together with marinade. It rests in my fridge. 30 min. Longer time only makes it better

Tip: Beef can also be used, for example. To "regular" steaks.
