Fresh thyme
Olive oil, for frying
Pepper
Salt
Black olives
200gChicken fillet
200gPasta, such as seashells
2-4slicesParma ham
4-5Shallots
50gButter

To prepare the Chicken fillet with Parma ham and pasta with onions recipe, please follow these instructions:

Divide each chicken piece once in a row. Grab each chicken piece into the parma ham. Get stuck with a pair of toothpicks.

Heat some oil on a pan and raise the pieces golden on all sides. They must have at least 15 minutes in total. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.


Chop the onions roughly and "cook" with 50 g butter and approx. 1 DL water. It is not meant to be brown. Boil them as long as the chicken is to roast. Bring salt and pepper.


Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package and turn it together with the onion sauce.


Serve hot pasta together with chicken pieces, black olives and freshly baked parmesan.
