Instructions for Chicken breast with Basil
To prepare the Chicken breast with Basil recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is cut into cubes and added a few minutes in boiling broth. Take the meat out of the broth and saute it after draining in a pan with butter with added parsley, garlic and basil and 2 cups broth. Let pieces soak up the liquid. Then take the up and allow to cool. The egg whites whipped stiff and pieces of meat, invert therein and then in breadcrumbs. Pieces of fried golden in butter and served with a slice of lemon. Served with new potatoes and green salad.
