Remove skin and bones from the chicken pieces and cut the meat into thin strips. Melt half the butter in a heavy Saute pan heat, but without the Tan. Saute half of Curry, onion, Apple and chicken for about 2 min. pour the mixture into a bowl. Came the rest of the butter in sauterpanden. Gently fry the other half of the ingredients. Came the first portion back into the Pan and pour the broth by. Add the cream cheese into smaller portions and warm right through to flødeosten is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
