To prepare the Cheesecake with raspberries and meringues recipe, please follow these instructions:

how to do it
1. Blend cookies / biscuits into a food processor until they become raspberries.
2. Melt the butter in a small pan or in a microwave oven. Mix the crushed biscuits / biscuits with the melted butter and squeeze the mixture into a spring shape (20 cm). Let it cool off.
