150 | g | Butter |
385 | g | Frozen, pitted cherries |
400 | g | Digestive biscuits |
400 | g | Neutral philadelphia cheese spread |
50 | g | Chocolate vermicelli |
Instructions for Cheesecake with cherry and chocolate
To prepare the Cheesecake with cherry and chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crush the biscuits into crumbs and pour it into a bowl.
Melt the butter, pour it into the bowl and mix well with your hands.
Divide the biscuit into a pie and press it down to make it a solid bottom.
Bond the bottom for 10 minutes at 200 degrees (ordinary oven).
While the bottom is baked, the curd is made.
Stir the cheese and cream together in a bowl.
Grease the cheese gently on the warm bottom. (The bottom will start to melt the cheese to make it easier to distribute.)
Distribute the cherries on the cheese. (If you want the cake completely covered with berries, use twice as many.)
Sprinkle sugar over.
Bake for 20 minutes at the same temperature.
