Lemon balm
A few drops of lemon
1kgCarrots, the juice of which
1Portion of meringue
1Dose of syrup
1lWater
100gIcing sugar
2Egg whites
2Oranges
450gSugar

Instructions for Carrot Sorbet

To prepare the Carrot Sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sugar mixture: Boil the mixture and cool.

Marengsmasse: Egg whites and black sugar are whipped cool (about 3 min.), Eventually lemonade drops into the pulp. Used immediately after.

Sorbet: Taste carrot / orange juice with the sugar layer until the taste is comfortable and start to freeze the sorbet. Turn the marrow into when it's almost frozen.
