The yeast dissolved in orange juice, and grated carrot and apricot added with sugar and salt. Cardamom, ginger and cinnamon mixed with the flour and kneaded in the dough. The dough is kneaded smooth and supple and raises covered for 1 hour. The dough is kneaded and shaped easily through to 20 buns, that after 45 minutes on the baking sheet covered highlights.
