To prepare the Carrot cake 12 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean a carrot and tear it fine.
Whip egg and sugar into an airy mass.
Mix carrot and the other ingredients with egg yolks.
Brush a small pan with oil and pour the dough into it. Put the cake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Stir cream and lemon juice for icing it is too thick so add a little water. Decorate the cake while it is still slightly lukewarm. With flourishes.
