1 | dl | Pumpkin seeds |
1 | dl | Flax seed |
1000 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Canola oil |
250 | g | Carrots, peeled weight |
5.5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Carrot Beans 05
To prepare the Carrot Beans 05 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The carrots are peeled and rubbed roughly.
The yeast is poured into the water (lukewarm) and the rest of the ingredients are mixed in and kneaded well. It may be a good idea to put some flour in one at a time, so that the right amount comes in.
The dough is allowed to raise and cover for about 1 hour.
The dough is formed into about 20 bowls, which are made to adhere for approx. 20 minutes.
The balls are brushed with egg or milk.
Bake at 210 degrees hot air for 20 minutes.

Tastes very well, but can certainly be enjoyed cold too!
