Instructions for Calvescale with truffles
To prepare the Calvescale with truffles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the meat slices with the back of the hand and turn them into flour, seasoned with salt and pepper. Shake redundant flour and brown meat slices in plenty of butter on both sides. Add the wine, put the freshly ground parmesan on the meat slices and sprinkle a little broth over. Lay the lid over the forehead and let the meat simmer for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted. Plan the truffles in thin slices and put them on the meat immediately before serving.
