To prepare the Calf chops in gorgonsola recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dip the chops with a roll of paper. Brown them in butter on the forehead 3-4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let them rest for 5-10 minutes covered with staniol.
Make the vegetables ready. Cook the pasta according to the regulations on the bag and allow sugar and carrots to boil for the last 3 minutes. Drip into a sieve.
