Ingredients for Cafè Diablo
0.5 | Orange shell from here cut into thin strips | |
1 | Small rod cinnamon | |
2 | cup | Very strong coffee |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
2-4 | Cloves | |
3 | tbsp | Dark Rum |
4 | tsp | Cognac |
Instructions for Cafè Diablo
To prepare the Cafè Diablo recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sugar is melted along with the cinnamon stick and 1 tbsp. Rum over low heat. Add the rest of the rum. Jack nelli core in Orange strips and set them on long forks. Strips dipped in the mixture for a moment.
Lifting forks with strips on a little up from the Pan and pour the cognac over. Set immediately on fire. When the flame is turned off, plug the forks again into the dish and the hot coffee is poured in.
Warm through and pour Diab salary up in preheated cups.
