Instructions for Burner nettle Bread
To prepare the Burner nettle Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the grease and pour the water in. Warm the mixture up until it is hand warm. Dissolve yeast in the liquid. Boil seed and salt and mix it and the other ingredients in the liquid. Save a couple of dl flour to later. Stir and knead the dough well and allow it to rise for 30 minutes. Pour the dough onto a crispy baking table and knead it for a few minutes with the rest of the flour. Form it into three loaves and put them in lubricated molds (1½ L). Raises approx. 30 min. Bake in the bottom of the oven at 200º for approx. 1 hour. Cool to cover on a baker.
