30 | g | Sugar |
5 | dl | Milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
700 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Buns without added eggs
To prepare the Buns without added eggs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the milk into a large bowl and stir the yeast out. Add sugar, cardamom and salt. Add a little of the flour until you have a rather sticky dough.
Cut the butter / baking margarine into smaller pieces, sprinkle some flour on the table, put the dough on it and knead the butter pieces into the dough together with the rest of the flour. It may not be all the flour in the dough.
When you have a smooth dough that does not stick anymore, put the dough for upright for about 40 minutes with a clean cloth.
The dough is then cut down and about 18 bowls are formed which are put on a baking sheet with baking paper. The oven is switched on a 225 degree oven and the cups adhere while the oven is warming up.
Brush the balls with milk, cold coffee or whatever you have and do for 10-15 min.
Tip: Cardamom is not necessary, but gives the balls a special and very good taste.
Add if necessary. Raisins, chocolate, sukat, carrot, kernels or anything else to the dough. Or change about 200 g of flour with grahamsmel to get some healthier buns.
