1.5 | dl | Grahams |
2 | dl | Lukewarm water |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
25 | g | Yeast |
40 | g | Dark chocolate for garnish |
5-6 | dl | Wheat flour |
60 | g | Dark chocolate |
Instructions for Buns with chocolate pieces
To prepare the Buns with chocolate pieces recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the chocolate roughly.
Mix flour, chocolate slices, sugar and salt.
Dissolve yeast in water and mix buttermilk in.
Add flour and knead the dough together.
Set the dough for raising for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 and form 20 buns on one side.
The other half is shaped to 40 shoots small balls.
