Instructions for Buns Diabetes II
To prepare the Buns Diabetes II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Udrør the yeast in the lukewarm buttermilk in a large dejskål. Mix sugar and salt with 3/4 of the flour and pour the mixture in the bowl. Knead the mass with dough hooks approx. 3 min. at medium speed or in ca. 10 min. with your hands. Add the rest of the flour and knead until dough is smooth and gets rid of the shield edges. Let dough raise for about 30 min at room temperature. Turn the raised dough down and knead it smooth on a table. Form the dough into approximately 30 buns and benefit them on 2-3 baking sheets lined with baking paper. Let the dough balls raise blanketed in about 30 mins. in room temperature. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees-175 degrees in an hot air oven. Brush the finished swollen buns with water. Set of buns in the oven and bake them for 12-15 minutes take the buns out of the oven and let them cool on a rack.
Tips:
These buns are high-fiber and low-fat and can strongly recommended for diabetics, who are not allowed to eat bread baked by regular wheat flour. White wheat is wholemeal wheat flour with high fiber content, which is painted in a special way that gives a fine white flour that looks and behaves like ordinary wheat flour
