1 | tsp | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
25 | g | Plant margarine |
450 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Buns 15
To prepare the Buns 15 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the margarine
Stir the margarine in the milk
Add the egg
Stir yeast in the mixture until the yeast is dissolved
Add salt and sugar
Touch it all
Add approx. Half of the flour and stir well
Add flour gradually, finish kneading the dough into your hands
Add more flour and knead until the dough is smooth and smooth
Set the dough for raising 30 minutes
Eat the dough through-add a little more flour
Form approx. 12 buns of dough
Put the balls on the baking paper on the plate and allow them to rise for 15 minutes.
Brush the balls with egg pan
Bake the balls in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 15 minutes
