To prepare the Brunsviger (good) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve yeast into the water and add the remaining ingredients to the dough. Bring the dough well and leave it for approx. 10 minutes.

Roll the dough into a small frying pan and leave it again for approx. 10 minutes. Prik the dough with your fingertips. Mix the ingredients to the remoncen together and pour it over the dough. Let the dough stand for ½ hour approx.
