Bring steak slice, milk, cream and color into a microwave oven bowl. Sprinkle the flour and whip well until there are no lumps. Microwave sauce at 900 W microwaves for 5 min. Or until the sauce boils. Whip a single time along the way. The sauce must be cooked well to make it smooth and the melting stomach disappears, but keep in mind that the sauce does not boil over. Season with salt and pepper.
