Instructions for Brokolitærte
To prepare the Brokolitærte recipe, please follow these instructions:
All ingredients for the pie dough are stirred together. (The dough is loose and greasy). Rests in refrigerator approx. ½ hour.
Fill: Broccoli boil in low salted water (5 min.) The onions are cut into rings and lightly sliced in 1/2 spoon. oil. The peppers are cut into smaller pieces. The dough is rolled out and placed in a pie or layer cake form. Pour with a fork and cook for 10 minutes. At 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Eggs, milk, fried cheese and spices are whipped together. The onions are spread on the bottom and then add bouquets of broccoli and between peppers. Eggs poured over.
Bake at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 30 min. A very tasty pie, where there is not as much fat as in the traditional pies.
