2.5 | dl | Mini milk |
200 | g | Onion |
300 | g | Potatoes |
500 | g | Broccoli |
Instructions for Broccoli Soup II
To prepare the Broccoli Soup II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Saute chopped onion in oil. Add the potatoes into cubes and let them sear a little with. Pour buillon in and cook for about 15 minutes.
Add broccoli into small florets and ovaries that is cut into small cubes. Save a little bouquets for later.
Boil for five minutes now and then blended it all and place back into the pan. Add the milk and warm up.
Now add the saved small bouquets of broccoli and cooked with in 3 min.
Season with salt and pepper.
Served with flütes or other good bread.
