Ingredients for Broccoli Salad with Turkey

Pepper
Salt
1Lemon
1tbspDry white wine
3Oranges
3tbspOil
30gWalnut kernels
350gCooked Turkey Breast (can possibly be replaced with cold veal roast, cooked ham sausage, ham or lightly smoked, unsalted lammelår)
500gFresh broccoli (300 g frozen)

Instructions for Broccoli Salad with Turkey

To prepare the Broccoli Salad with Turkey recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wash broccolien carefully and share it in appropriate bouquets. Cut the coarse stems, came of them in lightly salted, boiling water, and cook them for 8 minutes (By frozen broccoli cooking time is reduced to 5 min.).
