Steam broccoli bouquets just tender in a little salted water, preferably in a microwave. Let them drain and become almost cold. Let also drain the chickpeas and mix them gently with broccolien and it diced onion. Egg and chop also the arrow and sprinkle it over the vegetables along with well-drained capers. Make a dressing of oil and vinegar, flavor it with mustard and drip it over the salad. Let the salad pull in 15-30 min. before serving. Cut the crust of bread slice, cut it into small cubes and benefit them on wax paper on a baking sheet. Season them if necessary. and set them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn around a bit in them after 10 min. Sprinkle them over broccoli salad and serve it immediately.
