To prepare the Broccoli Salad IIII recipe, please follow these instructions:
Steam broccoli bouquets just tender in a little salted water, preferably in a microwave. Let them drain and become almost cold. Let also drain the chickpeas and mix them gently with broccolien and it diced onion. Make a dressing of oil and vinegar, flavor it with mustard and drip it over the salad. Let the salad pull in 15-30 min. before serving.
Cut the crust of bread slice, cut it into small cubes and benefit them on wax paper on a baking sheet. Season them if necessary. and set them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn around a bit in them after 10 min. Sprinkle them over broccoli salad and serve it immediately.
