Instructions for Brezel-Pretzel
To prepare the Brezel-Pretzel recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water Sift flour into a bowl, pour the dissolved yeast and mix with down the middle of the flour, slowly from the middle. Slowly add lukewarm water and salt, knead the dough to make bubbles, dough should not hang at the Bowl more. Flour the dough, form the dough into a long roll, cut it into 30 centimetre pieces. Form Brezels. Rest for 10 minutes.
Boil water and baking soda, let Brezels sliding down in the boiling water and take up after half a minute. Place them on a greased baking tray, sprinkled with coarse salt and bake in the middle of the preheated oven.
