Sunflower kernels
1Eggs
1tbspHoney
1tspSalt
2.5dlSemi-skimmed milk
25gYeast
25gMargarine
7dlWheat flour

Instructions for Breaking Bread

To prepare the Breaking Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the margarine in lukewarm milk and stir the yeast out of it. Add the other ingredients and knead the dough well. Let it rise to double size - approx. 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 13-14 equal pieces, roll them to buns and put them tightly together on a baking sheet - like in the heartbeat.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with grains.

Bake bread at 200 degrees for approx. 15 minutes. May be served directly from the oven.
