1.5dlWater
2tbspOil
2dlYogurt
3dlGrahams
3dlGrated carrots
50gYeast
6dlWheat flour

Instructions for Breadbread II

To prepare the Breadbread II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the yeast in hand warm water and add yoghurt, oil, salt, crushed carrots, grahamsmel and 3-grain flour. Pour the flour for a little while until the dough has a suitable consistency. Spread the dough for at least 15 minutes in your hands.

Raises ½ hour, divided into about 20 pieces, shaped into buns. These are placed close together on the plate either as a circle or a heart (find yourself on a shape) and then "grow" together during baking.

Repeat 15 minutes and baked at 200 degrees (Fahr.392) for ½ hour.

When serving, the entire bowl is placed on the table and each draws a bowl. Breadbread = Breaking bread.
