Ingredients for Breadbread 07
1.5 | dl | Olive oil |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tsp | Salt (a 5 ml) |
350 | g | Wholemeal spelt flour |
4.5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Spelt flakes (or oatmeal) |
80 | g | Flax seed |
80 | g | Sesame seeds |
Instructions for Breadbread 07
To prepare the Breadbread 07 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all the dry ingredients
Add water and oil and stir with a saucepan
The dough is spread over 4 pieces of baking paper. Use an additional piece of paper to lay up and roll the dough while lying between the two pieces of baking paper to a thin uniform layer. One paper can now be removed a little carefully.
Before they are put in the oven, they are cut (pissed) with a pizza wheel for eg. 16 pieces per plate.
175-200 degrees hot air for approx. 20min per plate.
Cool on a grate and store airtight.
tips:
If you do not like the taste of salt, you can reduce the amount further to 1 teaspoon.
