15dlWheat flour

To prepare the Bread with cracked vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir yeast into yoghurt that has room temperature. Add half of the flour. Allow this dough to stand at room temperature overnight, so the bread will be better. Next day, mix the rest of the flour, carrot and beetroot. Add if necessary. A little water. Bring the dough well through. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rise in a bowl for approx. 40 minutes. Turn the dough down and allow it to rise again, approx. 20 minutes Pour the dough gently and form 2 bread.
