To prepare the Braised turkey breast with rosemary recipe, please follow these instructions:
The turkey breast is spiced with salt and pepper and brune in the butter at the bottom of a pot. The chest is taken up.
Carrots in slices and red onion in half slices are sautéed in the pan. Bring the turkey breast back into the pan and add the water and rosemary. The whole is braised under low approx. 20 minutes. The chest is raised and kept loose.
Season the vegetable with salt and pepper and smooth with a buttercup.
The breast is cut into slices and placed in a dish on top of the vegetables.
Served with pellet potatoes sprinkled with parsley.
