Instructions for Braised Turkey Breast
To prepare the Braised Turkey Breast recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turkey Breast seasoned with salt and pepper and Brown in oil in a pan. The breast is taken up.
Carrots cut into slices, and red onions in quarters is split into pieces. Both Sauté in pan.
Now add the chest, Rosemary and water. It's all some gruel is, covered, about 30 minutes.
The breast is taken up and kept warm. The liquid with vegetables, season with salt and pepper and smoothed over with corn flour.
The breast sliced and served on a platter on top of the vegetables.
